President of Fulcrum ConsultingWorks Inc., Becky is a globally respected operations strategy consultant to the manufacturing industry. She provides strategic thinking based on practical experience to enhance the competitive position of client companies.

Becky was a key leader at Perdue Farms (yes, the chicken company!), Stouffer Foods (think Macaroni and Cheese), TRW, and Precision CastParts (high tech jet engine parts) before founding her consulting business in 1990. Consulting clients include widely recognized names like Avery-Dennison, VitaMix, and Moen, as well as numerous niche manufacturers like Hunter Defense Technologies, Lashbrook Designs, and Kinetico.

She is Board Approved in Operations Management by the Society for Advancement of Consulting and is certified as Fellow by The Association for Operations Management (APICS).
